MOTE acts as a civic catalyst, connecting Newport’s industrial heritage with our technological future. The design integrates large cantilevered overhangs and a structural twist to indicate the upwards trend of evolution in our society

The Lighthouse Tower is a 36-storey, hybrid tower, with the ability to cater to thousands of people to bring life into the empty Docklands. The precinct provides residential apartments, hotel amenities, retail spaces, public recreational areas, and extensive public indoor and outdoor parklands.

Swinburne University required an Architectural student hub and decided to reimagine levels 5-8 of the AMDC building for it. The creation of SWARCH was then introduced, creating vibrant workspaces, offices, lounges, collaboration areas, and a new workshop all in one area to motivate design and creativity.
