THE LIGHTHOUSE TOWER

Docklands
Concept:

The Lighthouse Tower is a 36-storey, hybrid tower, with the ability to cater to thousands of people to bring life into the empty Docklands. The precinct provides residential apartments, hotel amenities, retail spaces, public recreational areas, and a extensive public indoor and outdoor parklands.

NARRATIVE:

The precinct also commemorates the area’s heritage taking users through a historical journey of pre-and post-colonisation within Melbourne.

THE IDEA

The aim for this project was to provide visuals to a large concept selling to the client why our approach of this tower was the way to bring life back to the Docklands.
